Inspiring individuals and organizations to upgrade their cultural operating system
For over twenty years I have worked with people in health care, military, academia, and Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries including media and even fashion, as well as lifestyle communities and next generation ventures in both for- and not-for-profit sectors.
Realizing why so many innovations and transformational projects fail, I began to develop maps and methodologies based on perennial wisdom drawing from cultures across the globe.
My successes result from connecting individuals to the meaning behind their work, improving how they relate, and making them aware of their cultural operating system, while guiding them in their transformation.
My passion erupts around creating a new global cultural operating system, where each individual lives a meaningful life, and we relate in a way that honors our co-existence and inter-relatedness on this beautiful planet we get to temporarily inhabit.
To this end, I counsel and coach individual change makers, corporate catalysts, entrepreneurs, and cultural creatives around meaning and relating, consult organizations and institutions on how to create innovative organizational cultures, and support individuals and businesses in their transformation.
